1. Nature Hikes
With the ice melted and the flowers blooming, it’s a perfect trip for tourists and locals alike to explore the many trails around Edmonton. We’d recommend William Hawrelak Park, a 5.1 km loop which boasts up-close views of the North Saskatchewan River and is considered to be at its best this time of year!
2. Digital Arts Market
Edmonton’s iconic Arts District is lighting up! Filled with immersive cultural exhibits, extended outdoor patios, giant art installations and so much more, The Art Gallery of Alberta, Citadel Theatre, and Winspear Centre will be hosting three distinct multidisciplinary digital experiences. Featuring local artists, experience the magic of the city’s core with this physically distant experience at Main Street Leduc’s Revolve Market.
3. Farmers Market
LEDUC CO-OP is bringing the best of the best with their free, annual Farmer’s Market for the May 1st Relove Market! From tasty foods to homemade goods, the Farmer’s Market will offer a WIDE variety of products of local and international cuisines. Nothing sounds more Quarter to Five than tasty drinks and tapas with friends!
4. Picnic in the park
Take in the magnificent view of the downtown skyline with the Muttart Conservatory with friends and a picnic in the park! You might need your parka for now but as the weather warms and the flowers continue to bloom this beautiful spot boasts some of the best views of the city.
